B2B tool
Service estimator: workload, service level and obligations
Six selections. In return you get the expected workload in hours per month, a matching service level, the statutory filing dates involved, and an indication of whether you are approaching a statutory audit obligation. The tool gives no euro figure — the reasoning is at the foot of the page.

Model v1.0.0 · reviewed 2026-08-11 · weightings documented in docs/fee-estimator.md
Why the tool shows no price
The price of bookkeeping is not set by the size of the company but by the quality of the records. Two companies of identical size can differ twofold in workload depending on whether the material arrives digitally and whether the bank account reconciles. Neither fact can be deduced from five dropdowns.
The second reason is advertising regulation. A price estimate published on a web page behaves like an offer, and an offer has to be substantiable. We would rather not publish a figure we cannot stand behind — we would rather tell you what the work contains and give the price in writing once we have seen the records.
What the estimate is based on
The model sums a baseline, the company form, the turnover band, the voucher volume, the VAT period, the headcount and the selected add-ons. The weightings are published in docs/fee-estimator.md, and the same calculation is re-run on the server when you send a request — we store the profile the server derived, not the one the browser sent.
